A little more about Hamada Childcare:
We offer a variety of new and exciting experiences for children to enjoy while building lasting friendships. Montessori principles are carefully considered when designing our spaces and routines. This practice makes independence accessible, and the children's confidence grows like a sunflower. When presented with opportunities to build their school readiness skills the children are eager to practice and perform while being respectful of their peers. The days are filled with art, music, games, outside activities, and lots and lots of books. Rebecca is the owner and full-time teacher. Class size is limited to a maximum of 6 children. Lunch is provided as well as 2 snacks. We practice baby-led weaning or self-feeding.

To strengthen crucial Japanese language skills as early as possible, Hamada Childcare students enjoy a Japanese emersion class. For an hour, we enjoy daycare life with friends using only Japanese language. Including singing classic children's songs and finger plays, reading books, making friends, and celebrating Japanese holidays in child friendly ways.
Mai Bryans teaches the Japanese Language class. She is the mother to two young children and also teaches Japanese to high-school students. She loves the freedom of young children and enjoys playing and singing with them in her first language.
